We accept Visa, Master Card, Debit Card, personal cheque, cash and e-transfer. Payment plans can be arranged for large amounts. 

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have any questions regarding your account, please contact us.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We are happy to arrange payment plans for patients whose treatment is not covered or not fully covered by their insurance, or for patients without any insurance coverage. This must be arranged with the office at the time of treatment. For payment plans we accept all above payment methods, with the exception of cash.

All payment arrangements must be discussed with us directly and until you have done so payment will be required at the time of treatment, no exceptions will be made.
